Lionsgate has revealed the first official trailer for Salvable, a boxing drama marking the feature directorial debut of filmmakers Bjorn Franklin & Johnny Marchetta (also known as the music video directors Franklin & Marchetta). Arriving to watch in early May if anyone is interested in seeing these two pack some punches. An ageing boxer struggles to escape the grasp of a small town while battling to rekindle a fractured relationship with his teenage daughter. When a battered boxer past his prime finds his dreams and his relationships on the ropes, he falls back in with a dangerous crowd and has to take the biggest swing of his life to reclaim his hope and his family. This sounds like the exact same plot as literally every other boxing movie? Starring Toby Kebbel, Shia LaBeouf, James Cosmo as Welly, Micheal Socha, Elaine Cassidy, Kila Lord Cassidy, plus Aiysha Hart.
