Chile! After a recent announcement, social media is hitting ‘Love Is Blind’ season seven star Ashley Adionser with all the “told ya so” energy. Ashley tells PEOPLE that she and her husband from the pods, Tyler Francis, are calling it quits.

Ashley shared the ‘Love Is Blind’ fairytale update with the outlet this week. However, Ashley confirmed they’d decided on a divorce after being separated for a few weeks. She called the joint decision difficult.
“While I had hoped for mutual understanding and transparency in our relationship, it has become clear that our paths are no longer aligned, making it impossible for me to continue in this marriage,” Ashley Adionser said.
She added that her decision wasn’t made “lightly” but was “necessary” for her “own growth and peace.” Ashley didn’t say whether she and Tyler Francis would remain friends but expressed gratitude for their ‘Love Is Blind’ connection.
“While this chapter is ending, I will always hold respect for the time and love we shared. I kindly ask for privacy during this deeply personal time as I focus on healing and building a new future. Thank you for your understanding and support,” Ashley told PEOPLE.
Ashley Goes On Vacation As Social Media Reacts To The Divorce News
She has not shared the separation news on her Instagram feed but posted photos from an airport on Stories. She teased her destination to be Turks and Caicos, Barbados, Saint Martin, or Chile. “Vacay loading…just what the doctor ordered,” she wrote in the post.
She last posted on her feed in December 2024, but her marriage hasn’t been featured since October. At the time, she talked about remembering her wedding day to Tyler Francis as the “best day,” but in a non-corny way. From the weather to the stunning decor, smooth operations, and rave guest reviews. She continued bragging about having a “real marriage.”
“I think even now some people think this was for play play. No, darling this is our real lives, our real human hearts, our real marriage! With that, they’ll never bully me for loving like Christ. Not blindly. But unconditionally. The act of love is never something to regret, no matter the outcome, timeframe it lasts, no matter what. Each of us (my cast mates) put ourselves out there in the most intensely vulnerable way. And I commend that act of bravery. As for me and mine, cheers to us navigating life and love together.”
It’s obvious Ashley Adionser has stood ten toes behind her ‘Love Is Blind’ marriage to Tyler Francis. But social media hasn’t always been so kind, especially as confusing narratives about Tyler’s life came to light on the show. He had withheld that he had three kids from Ashley until after his proposal. Even then, he claimed he was only a sperm donor for close friends who later broke up. He also claimed he didn’t have a relationship with the children.
That narrative quickly fell apart as the internet dug up photos of him spending holidays with them. Additionally, videos show the kids’ mother admitting to having a relationship with Tyler before he allegedly abandoned the family to be on ‘Love Is Blind.’ Despite the swift backlash, Francis and Ashley stood on their commitment to each other at the ‘Love Is Blind’ reunion. She also slammed rumors of her being blindsided by the daddy news.
In November, on the podcast Dear Wifey, Tyler said, “I want them to have their family and leave me alone. “ However, he seemingly has not yet spoken about their pending divorce. PEOPLE only included comments from Ashley.
