Whew! Sean “Diddy” Combs’ time behind bars just got another update. And chile, it’s coming amid reports about what was allegedly going down behind prison walls. Now, there’s a new development surrounding when the music mogul could be walking free.
According to Bureau of Prisons records, Combs is now scheduled to be released from FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey on March 2, 2028. His previously listed release date was Jan. 21, 2028. The Bureau of Prisons told PEOPLE that it does not comment on the conditions of confinement or reasons for changes to an incarcerated individual’s release date.
The updated date comes after it was alleged that Combs had access to several items and amenities that are not typically associated with prison life. As previously reported, Combs remains in solitary confinement, while a source previously said he was placed there following the report.
Furthermore, it was alleged that Combs had a “jailbroken” tablet that he used to watch movies. Moreover, he apparently used it to watch the documentary, ‘Sean Combs: The Reckoning.’ Reports also alleged that he had been seen using a cellphone to view Instagram and sexually explicit photos sent by a former girlfriend. Additionally, it was reported that Combs allegedly received specially prepared meals, massages, and was seen drinking cognac.
Whew! King Combs had a moment during a recent interview with Big Boy that had the host doing a double-take! While chopping it up, Big Boy told King that interviewing him felt like interviewing a “young Puff,” prompting a smile from Diddy’s son.
King also wondered aloud whether he and his father “really look alike,” catching Big Boy off guard. And when asked if he thinks he looks better than his pops, King didn’t hesitate to answer, “Yeah, for sure!” He also noted that he sees traces of his late mother, Kim Porter, in his appearance.
