Diddy’s last post on Instagram appears to be when he celebrated the birth of the late Notorious B.I.G. on November 7, 2024. At the time, the mogul had been in jail for less than a month.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY POPS ! #BIG,” he wrote in the caption at the time.

This includes “one charge of racketeering conspiracy, and two charges of sex trafficking on two counts.” Additionally, the counts include two charges of transportation for prostitution.”
Since then, opening statements have kicked off in Diddy’s trial. Cassie, Dawn Richard, and Kerry Morgan are so far just some of the high profile names which have taken the witness stand.
