"A chilling mystery has gripped the small town of Maybrook after 17 children voluntarily left their homes Wednesday morning..." Where did they go? What happened to them? Why can't anyone find them? WHAT IS GOING ON?! This is the very creepy premise behind the new horror thriller movie titled Weapons, the next movie from acclaimed genre filmmaker Zach Cregger following his breakout hit Barbarian in 2022. Weapons is set for release in August 2025 later this summer movie season. No trailer has been released yet - but it's expected to arrive any day to begin building buzz... In the meantime, Warner Bros has launched a small viral website to begin building up the mystery of what's going on with these kids. The site is for a basic news blog called "Maybrook News" referring to the town the movie is set in. It includes on short article discussing the disappearing kids who two mysterious CCTV photos included for reference.
