DC has unveiled an exciting behind-the-scenes featurette for James Gunn's new Superman movie in celebration of it being Superman Day today (which is actually June 12th though also apparently April 18th, too). This spectacular new video features tons of extra behind-the-scenes shots. Written & directed by Gunn, David Corenswet (from "We Own This City", Twisters) stars as Clark Kent / Supes in this new movie - reconciling his heritage with his human upbringing in Kansas. The full cast includes Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, Nicholas Hoult as Luthor, Edi Gathegi as Mister Terrific, Skyler Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen, Anthony Carrigan, Nathan Fillion, Isabela Merced, Sara Sampaio, María Gabriela de Faría, Wendell Pierce, Alan Tudyk (whose voice you can hear as one of the automatons), Pruitt Taylor Vince, & Neva Howell. The more footage they show, the better this looks. One of my most anticipated summer 2025 movies! Even if you're not a huge Superman fan, it's hard to not be excited when there's this much enthusiasm and passion from everyone involved in making it.
