Roommates, remember when Spectacular Smith got arrested after allegedly getting into it with a Disney World employee in 2020? Well, fast forward to 2025 — a Florida jury has reached a verdict in the Pretty Ricky singer’s battery case.
The Shade Room caught a video of Spectacular Smith seemingly after the court came through with a decision in his case against Disney employee, Weland Bourne. Spec looked hype as the jury hit him with a not guilty verdict.
In the clip, he puts the camera on his lawyer and asks, “How you feel Scott? What we do?” His lawyer then responds proudly with, “Justice was served!” The singer also shared his son’s reaction who was just as excited about the win saying, “Also, I knew we were going to win from the very start.”

As The Shade Room previously reported, police arrested Spectacular Smith in 2020 after he allegedly assaulted Disney World employee, Weland Bourne. Smith and Bourne allegedly got into a heated exchange after Spec made a joke about the coronavirus. He was reportedly walking past Bourne to enter a ride line with his son and pretended to sneeze and said, “coronavirus.”
According to PEOPLE, the two argued for a few moments before Bourne allegedly extended his arms to block Smith from moving forward. Smith then allegedly turned around and punched Bourne on the right side of his jaw. Authorities later charged Spectacular with misdemeanor battery with his bond set for $500.
