Aww, Roommates! Rihanna has come through with some sweet, never-before-seen delivery room pics featuring her baby boys, RZA and Riot, to celebrate International Women’s Day.
On Saturday, March 8, Rihanna marked International Women’s Day by proudly celebrating motherhood with some adorable throwback photos of RZA and Riot. She welcomed both her boys with A$AP Rocky. RZA arrived in May 2022, and Riot in August 2023.
In the delivery room shots, Rih, of course, kept it cute and stylish—rocking a gold necklace and pearls while welcoming RZA and then switching it up with pink sunglasses when Riot made his debut. The ‘Work’ singer dropped the pics on Instagram, writing, “by far the most powerful thing I’ve ever done as a woman…my little miracles! #InternationalWomensDay 1- RZA 2- Riot Rose.” She even slid in a lil’ joke about her look for her babies’ big entrances, adding, “And yes I gave birth in pearls and sunglasses…don’t ask, a lot was happening.”
The Roommates were living for Rihanna’s pics with RZA and Riot in The Shade Room’s comment section. Folks couldn’t get enough of how she kept it fly and fashionable while bringing her babies into the world.

While choppin’ it up with Harper’s Bazaar, Rihanna shared what fans can expect from her long-awaited album. She also promised that the wait would be worth it. “This much time away from music needs to count for the next thing everyone hears. It has to matter. I have to show them the worth in the wait. I cannot put out anything mediocre.”
Additionally, the Fenty founder made it clear that her music will have a different vibe than people expect.
“I am actually feeling really good about this. I know I kept saying this over the years. This body needs to come out, and I’m ready to go there. And it’s not going to be commercial or radio digestible. It’s going to be where my artistry deserves to be right now. I feel like I’ve finally cracked it, girl!”
