Nivea has revealed that she is battling leukemia and is sharing how the diagnosis has impacted her life.

According to TMZ, Nivea recently appeared on an episode of ‘Cadillac Chronicles.’ To note, the episode appears unavailable via YouTube. However, a clip of her performance was shared via the show’s TikTok account.

During her appearance, Nivea shared that she was diagnosed with leukemia, which is cancer of the blood and bone marrow, earlier this year. Additionally, she explained that she’s been “going through treatment and everything is going great so far,” and she’s “grateful to God.”

“And I expect it to continue, amen, amen, amen,” she said. “And I’m very grateful for life. You know… It’s so cliché to say: you don’t know the time nor the hour, but it’s true. It has helped me put a lot of things into perspective, and I live in gratitude.”

As she went on, she seemed to explain her renewed lease on life. She said that she’s back into music and going to school for audio engineering — which is something she’s “always wanted to learn.” Additionally, she said she’s been loving on her kids and “just being grateful.”

Before Nivea Revealed She Was Battling Leukemia, She Had Turned Heads With A Pop-Out

As The Shade Room previously reported, Nivea shared a carousel of videos on Instagram in February. At the time, she was rocking long black hair with bangs and a tight, full-body, one-piece. Subsequently, TSR’s comment section went wild with reactions.
