"We need to finish what we started." Epic Pictures has revealed the official trailer for an indie sci-fi film titled
Space/Time, a low budget yet impressive creation from filmmaker Michael O'Halloran. This is getting a direct-to-VOD release starting in January but we don't know much else about it because it hasn't played at any festivals. A disgraced team of scientists turn to crime to rebuild a space-bending engine that could save humanity's future or destroy it. When the team sees their funding cut after a fatal disaster, they resort to criminal activity to finance and rebuild their machine. But what will it cost them? From this description this sounds like an anti-science film which isn't a good idea. "We wanted the film to capture the rush of discovering something impossible, that moment when the world suddenly feels bigger & characters are pushed to make choices about what matters most to them," the director states. Hmmm not so sure about this.
Space/Time stars
