The Voice of Hind Rajab, based on the true story of the killing of a girl named
Hind Rajab. This premiered at the 2025 Venice Film Festival and is also Tunisia's official submission to the Academy Awards this year. The film features a recreation of the scene inside of a Red Crescent rescue call center, utilizing the actual audio recorded from real calls. The events took place on January 29th, 2024. Red Crescent volunteers receive an emergency call. A 5-year old girl is trapped in a car under fire in Gaza, pleading for rescue. While trying to keep her on the line, they do everything they can to get an ambulance. Her name was Hind Rajab. From director Kaouther Ben Hania, starring

Clara Khoury. This is getting a US release
in December at the end of the year. The storytelling is very similar to Gustav Möller's
