Janus Films has unveiled the official US trailer for the indie film titled Two Prosecutors, the latest work from the Ukrainian filmmaker Sergei Loznitsa (also director of My Joy, In the Fog, A Gentle Creature, Donbass). This premiered at last year's 2025 Cannes Film Festival and it also played at Karlovy Vary, Toronto, New York, London, and many other major fests worldwide. Set in the USSR back in 1937, a newly appointed prosecutor discovers an undestroyed letter from a prisoner that reveals corruption in the secret police, the NKVD.
