Roomies, it looks like Kristy ‘Sarah’ Scott isn’t the only one stepping into a new era — Desmond Scott is on the same wave. The influencer and father of two popped back on social media after viral footage showed him kissing 24-year-old Marissa Springer. He even thanked Kevin Gates for sending some positive vibes his way.
On Sunday, January 18, Desmond Scott hit up Instagram with a new video. This is the first time he’s shared a post since video footage dropped showing him lip-locking with Marissa Springer. Desmond’s new post shows him setting up some kitchenware in what looked like a new home. In the caption he wrote, “Back in the kitchen this week,” letting fans know the content and vibes will continue.
Desmond also responded to some of the fans in his comment section, thanking them for all of the love and letting them know he’s seeing every message. “Also, I’ve read every message and yall have no idea how much ya boy love yall.” Then when one commenter tried to get the tea asking, “Who are you gonna be cooking for now, Brother? I wish you well,” Desmond didn’t hesitate to tell them, “I got two beautiful boys and my own stomach lol.”
Desmond didn’t just respond to fans, he also gave Kevin Gates props for sending love and words of encouragement his way. Kevin posted a video on Instagram saying he was praying for Desmond and told him to ignore all the hate because things are takeoff for him. However, he said the only thing he would’ve done differently is skip publicly addressing his divorce with Kristy Sarah.
“There’s no woman that wouldn’t want you. Use the hate that you receiving right now for motivation to propel you forward. F*** what the internet talking about. Them just miserable people,” Kevin told Desmond.
Shortly after peeping Kevin’s words, Desmond joking replied that he thought Kevin’s positive message was about to take a wild turn at the end. “My Dawg. you almost got crazy on me at the end much love brother!!”
As for Kristy ‘Sarah’ Scott, she hasn’t said a word about the viral lip-locking footage of Desmond and Marissa Springer yet. Still, she’s been all over social media, appearing unbothered with her “same address” and a fresh new look. The mom of two dropped Instagram pics amid her and Desmond’s divorce, making fans think she’s not moving out of their marital home. Desmond didn’t directly reply to Kristy’s post, but fans did peep that he hit double tap on the photos. After that Kristy posted another video keeping her usual funny vibe, showing her activating and flexing her new hairstyle.
In addition to both Kristy and Desmond being on social media, fans noticed Desmond is still following her on Instagram but as for Kristy it appears she reportedly hit the unfollow button on her estranged husband’s account. This comes days after the video of Desmond and Marissa surfaced.
