Roommates, congratulations are in order for Ashley Burgos! Newly circling footage shows the bride cheesin’ in her wedding gown, partying with loved ones at the reception, and boo’ed up with her husband, Sambou Camara. According to social media posts from Ashley, she exchanged vows on Sunday (April 6). The life update means Ash can say goodbye to her previous worries about being in the same dating pool as her mother, Bernice Burgos.
More Details About Ashley Burgos’ Wedding
As mentioned, Ashley Burgos flooded her Instagram Stories and Snapchat with footage from her celebration. She wore a curving-hugging, patterned white gown with sleeves and styled her hair in an updo, accessorized with a large diamond headpiece. The bride-turned-wife also carried a bouquet of pale yellow roses.
In one clip, Ashley filmed hubby’s hand resting on her lap, with her hand placed on top. She tagged her husband. His Instagram bio features the nickname Big Bubba, but wedding videos seem to indicate his name is Sambou Camara.
Burgos also dropped a bombshell by revealing that her partner allegedly put a $100,000 ring on her hand! Other videos show the new couple tightly surrounded by loved ones as Bubba placed the ROCK on Ashley Burgos’ finger amid what looked like a Gambian affair. Additional photos also show Burgos had a second wedding gown. The look was also curve-hugging with lace sleeves and a strapless cut. Who Is Ashley’s Husband?
Not much is known about Ashley and Sambou’s relationship and when they became engaged. In January 2024, the new wife went viral after a risqué interview on Angela Yee’s ‘Lip Service’ podcast about their bedroom activities. At the time, she only referred to him as her “baby father,” and there were rumors that they had split.
Sambou and Ashley do share a daughter named India Ava Aisha. The 7-year-old recently celebrated her birthday in February with a luxury Cinderella-themed bash. Last year, Daddy Camara shared photos from India’s 6th birthday party, captioning the IG post, “My baby a trust fund baby.” Most recently, on March 30, Ashley shared a family snapshot (second slide below) to wish her followers an “Eid Mubarak.”
It’s unclear what line of work Sambou Camara is in at this time. His IG seemingly showcases a life of luxury, from designer clothing to layers upon layers of diamond jewelry and courtside NBA pop-outs. The only footage he’s shared on the platform of his wedding was an IG Stories repost of Ashley flexing her $100,000 ring.
Bernice Burgos Recently Went Viral For THIS
Unlike her daughter and son-in-law, Bernice Burgos has yet to share any footage from her daughter’s big day! Viral footage of the wedding doesn’t seem to include her, but The Shade Room can’t confirm nor deny whether Bernice was in attendance. Over the weekend, the 44-year-old picked up some viral attention after poppin’ out to Taina Williams‘ 27th birthday party. Burgos had on a very similar ‘fit to the birthday girl, and the internet streets were NOT feeling it! Taina later cleared the air, saying Bernice was on theme for the event.
