On October 13, Papoose hosted a screening for his music film, ‘Bars On Wheels: A Journey To Save Hip Hop,’ and his queen, Claressa Shields, was right by his side holding him down! Although the night was all about Pap, he couldn’t help but let his lady shine. During a chat, the rapper opened up about this season of his life and expressed gratitude for having Claressa by his side as he navigates this new chapter. Pap made it clear that Shields has truly been a blessing in his life, adding that she gave him a “breath of fresh air” when she came into his world.
“I would say that God put in an amazing, phenomenal partner in my life, my queen! I never seen this coming, but God loves me […] cause when I met her, I was like yo, God really loves me,” Papoose said.
And that’s not all Pap had to say! He went on to credit Claressa for inspiring him. He admitted that words can’t even describe how he truly feels about his lady, but he made one thing clear — when he thinks about who he appreciates the most in this chapter of his life, Claressa Shields is at the TOP of his list! “She has inspired me in ways I can’t even explain.
