Netflix has unveiled the first real teaser trailer for Happy Gilmore 2, the highly anticipated, long-awaited legacy sequel to one of Adam Sandler's funniest movies ever made - Happy Gilmore from 1996. It's officially set for a Netflix launch on July 25th in the summer. 29 years after the original comedy hit theaters back in 1996, Happy Gilmore returns! As part of his Netflix deal, they figured out the rights (the original movie is owned by Universal Pictures) and are now treating us to even more Happy chaos. Returning with co-stars Julie Bowen & Christopher McDonald. The cast in this sequel includes Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio aka Bad Bunny, Margaret Qualley, Ben Stiller, Benny Safdie, Travis Kelce, and Nick Swardson. No plot details have been revealed yet – but it looks like his bitter rivalry on the golf course will continue on with many others. Perhaps he'll team up with Shooter McGavin? Or maybe get into some other trouble on the golf course? Only time will tell.
