Mali Wilson Uses Music To Fuel Unity With New Single “No More Silence”
Mali Wilson will release “No More Silence” on July 17 as the Grammy nominated producer, songwriter and recording artist continues using music to amplify a message of unity, education and social understanding.
The single arrives as the centerpiece of a partnership between Wilson, Dr. Shari Rogers, Spill the Honey and EarthAngel Worldwide.
The movement was inspired by the historic alliance between African American and Jewish communities during the Civil Rights Movement. The song encourages listeners to reject hatred, confront injustice and embrace compassion.
Written by Wilson, Craig J. Snider, Eric D. Wilson and Dr. Rogers, “No More Silence” grew from years of collaboration following the release of the documentary Shared Legacies.
Wilson and the creative team at StoneWood Studios composed the documentary’s original score before Rogers approached her with the idea of creating a song that could carry the film’s message beyond theaters and into communities across the country.
For more than three years, Wilson has performed “No More Silence” in Central Park, Morehouse College, the Billie Holiday Theatre and Juneteenth celebrations. According to a press release, audience members consistently asked when the song would become available on streaming platforms.

Wilson said the song reflects the power of music to build connections during challenging times.
“Music has always had the ability to bring people together across cultures and generations. My hope is that ‘No More Silence’ encourages people to choose understanding over division and reminds us that our shared humanity is greater than the differences that separate us.”
Although Wilson recently released her debut full length album, Retro In Real Time, she elected to release “No More Silence” separately because of its direct connection to the educational mission of Spill the Honey.
The release also highlights the continuing collaboration between Spill the Honey and EarthAngel Worldwide, Wilson’s nonprofit organization based at StoneWood Ranch in Georgia. The organization combines music, youth development, environmental stewardship, artist mentorship and pollinator education.
“No More Silence” will be available on all major streaming platforms beginning July 17.
