"I'm not gonna make it through this!" Netflix has revealed the official trailer for the next wacky fun
Tyler Perry comedy movie based on his Madea characters – back for more mayhem. Perry's next comedy is called
Tyler Perry's Joe's College Road Trip and it will be out for streaming on Netflix
in February coming up this winter. To teach his sheltered grandson about the "real world", Madea's foul-mouthed brother Joe takes the college-bound teen on a raucous cross-country road trip. This stars
Tyler Perry (of course) in a handful of roles including as Joe, along with
Jermaine Harris as B.J.,
Amber Reign Smith,
Bethany Anne Lind,
Jeremy Gimenez, and
Patricia Williams. Joe is recruited to take B.J. along on a cross-country college road trip where tensions get high but life-changing lessons are learned along the way. This looks mildly amusing, made just for streaming. Somehow Perry keeps bringing us Madea movies all these decades later. Oddly this trailer reminds me of those
Harold & Kumar movies they aren't making anymore. //
