Varanasi. The project had originally been known by its codename
Globetrotter, before the final reveal at
this major event featuring largest outdoor projection screen in India to hint at it being made for IMAX. Along with the name, Rajamouli debuted this 3 min first look promo. There is one shot real of mega famous Telugu actor
Mahesh Babu riding a bull, carrying a trident for a weapon. The rest of it is just epic concept art. Plot details are sparse so far, however Babu's character Rudhra been described as an "
Indiana Jones-style archeologist on a globetrotting search for ancient artifacts." This trailer reveals a grand "time-travel adventure" inspired by Hindu mythology - and the title is a reference to an
actual city important to Hinduism. "It is a once-in-a-lifetime project,” Babu stated. "I will make everyone proud." The cast includes
Priyanka Chopra Jonas along with
Prithviraj Sukumaran as the
