JT had timeeeee to clap back at critics who tried to downplay her ‘Ran Out’ music video. The rapper hopped on social media to address those calling the visuals “embarrassing” as she celebrated her video surpassing a million views.
On Saturday, April 5, JT hopped on X (formerly Twitter) reposting a fan account that shouted out her new single, ‘Ran Out,’ for hitting over a million views on YouTube. JT celebrated the milestone responding with, “Finally, WTF!”
It appears her post stirred the pot with some folks feeling like the numbers weren’t hittin’ the way she thought. When one X user @MsWavesKordei jumped in saying, “This is so embarrassing.” JT wasted no time clapping back with, “You know what’s really embarrassing that you can’t & never will accomplish things you think embarrassing. You know not to even try!”JT wrote.
The ‘Okay’ rapper didn’t let the convo die down — she continued to pop off saying folks spend too much time online instead of grinding in real life.
“Stan wars got y’all little black girls losing the plot in y’all rooms, when y’all should be in the field trying to make something shake but this internet rotting y’all brain with #’s you won’t get to because 1,000,000,000 views is considered embarrassing,” JT wrote.
The former City Girls member kept her responses coming when that same account came back, accusing her career of being “on the toilet.”
“Baby your own career is on the TOILET and you’re more KNOWN for being a lapdog than for your struggling music “career”, so what is there to envy? Very quickly,” @MsWaveKoredi wrote.
JT spun the block with another response after the X user tried to say her career is falling off. She let it be know that she’s solid and staying in her bag.
“No my career isn’t, lmao baby are you BLIND or is your WiFi slow? You wish upon a star you could live my life. You would let fart in your mouth in real life! Way in Nigeria in my business what that tells you? International bad b****,” JT added.
In a series of now-deleted posts, JT also called out folks that belittle her success, but then end up copying her later on.
“Every time that I do something that’s not considering Big to ppl who actually never accomplished s**t they say it’s embarrassing then months later I’m being copied down kabootles! & y’all giving 10’s.”
She then hit back saying that she will always come for folks who try to play with her name. “The only thing that can make me not respond is deleting the app idc. I don’t play about myself lil dirty a** h***s.”
Afterwards, she mentioned that she does try to ignore the trolls that are clearly continue to type for attention.
Ok, fr, nothing be worst then the accounts going hard for a notice like really typing for they life. I ignore those…. You trying too hard. Let me attack you naturally.”
