Aww, Roommates! Grab your tissues because the sweet moment with Boosie is going to have you in all types of tears.
The rapper is going viral after he shared a video on Instagram, where his teacher surprised him while he was on a set. As soon as she walked in, Boosie couldn’t even face her — he dropped his head in his hands and started bawlin’ y’all.
As the footage continues, his teacher walks up with a big smile and pulls him in for a hug, saying, “I know I’m gonna cry.” The New Orleans emcee keeps hugging her while wiping away tears as she says, “This is my baby. It’s so good to see you. I love you.”
Boosie spoke about the heartfelt moment in his caption, sharing his love for his teacher and giving her props for always believing in him. “SAW MY FAVORITE TEACHER TODAY N I CRIED LIKE A BABY. I love her so much always believed n me.”
On top of his sweet moment with his teacher, Boosie is also going viral for announcing his plans to launch a memorial scholarship honoring Southern University student Caleb Wilson. As TSR previously reported, Caleb tragically lost his life earlier this month after an alleged off-campus fraternity hazing incident in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
In an interview, Boosie said he wanted to do something positive because “Caleb’s life was gone too soon.” He also shared that he’s teaming up with Caleb’s family and the Southern University band — where Caleb was a member — to help kickoff the scholarship. “Me bringing this to Baton Rouge, I feel like I’m a part of it too… so, I just want to make it right.”
The ‘Wipe Me Down’ musician has taken over social media over the past few days. Recently, he had fans crackin’ up as he reported the weather for Baton Rouge. Of course, Boosie got in full character to deliver the weather to viewers. It was givin’ very much a dream come true as he couldn’t stop smiling while letting Baton Rouge folks know what they could expect for the days to come.
