Utopia has revealed an official trailer for an indie comedy called Not an Artist, the second feature from filmmakers Alexi Pappas & Jeremy Teicher. This first premiered at the 2023 Austin Film Festival and will be on VOD in early 2025 to enjoy. A comedy making fun of artist residency programs! Zing! Pappas (A young woman) is accepted into a residency program created by the wealthy enigmatic benefactor known as "The Abbott" (RZA) for high-potential artists suffering from creative constipation. She's working on her art until her father unexpectedly shows up and disrupts the entire retreat. The indie comedy stars Matt Walsh (who co-wrote the script) with Ciara Bravo, Haley Joel Osment, "RZA", Cleopatra Coleman, Rosalind Chao, Betsy Sodaro, and Dan Bakkedahl.
