Apple TV has unveiled a teaser trailer for one of their upcoming sires called Lucky, arriving for streaming to watch starting in July in the middle of the summer. Written by Jonathan Tropper and Cassie Pappas, and based on Marissa Stapley’s bestselling novel of the same name, Lucky centers on a young woman (Anya Taylor-Joy) who left behind the life of crime she was raised in years ago, but must now embrace her darker, criminal side one final time in a desperate attempt to escape her past. A con artist thriller series from acclaimed TV writers – ready to rile up viewers this July. A reformed criminal is forced to confront her past and return to illicit activities for one final job, hoping to secure her freedom and leave her former life behind for good. This Lucky series stars Anya Taylor-Joy as the titular "Lucky", Annette Bening, Timothy Olyphant, Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor, Clifton Collins Jr, Drew Starkey, William Fichtner, and Mo McRae.
