Step-by-step:

Go to your Profile (tap your avatar on the top left next to post something).
Tap the camera icon on your profile picture.
Choose “Upload from Photo” or “Remove Profile Photo" or "Choose from Albums”
Select the image you want to use.
Tap “Save” — your profile picture is now updated!
