"He knows nothing about Tel Aviv! Why did they choose him over you?" Watch and find out. Greenwich Entertainment has unveiled an official US trailer for a film titled
Shoshana, a thriller set in Tel Aviv, Israel in the 1930s. This initially premiered at the 2023 Toronto Film Festival a few years ago, but has been stick in release limbo ever since due to the current events in Palestine & Israel – especially because it is literally about this conflict. And perhaps they're not sure what the public will make of it. In this edge-of-your-seat thriller inspired by real events, a British police officer and a Jewish woman fall in love amidst the political turmoil of 1930s Tel Aviv. With British control over Palestine precarious and conflict inevitable, everyone is forced to choose a side. From acclaimed British filmmaker Michael Winterbottom. The description states: "Through their relationship the film explores the way extremism and violence pushes people apart, forcing people to choose one side or the other." With
