Signature Ent. in the UK has unveiled an official trailer for an action thriller movie titled Tin Soldier, the latest directed by Brad Furman (of The Lincoln Lawyer, Runner Runner). This is another one of these really bad, schlocky action movies that's getting dumped on VOD right away because it's just so uninteresting. There's still no US release set, but it will be out on Prime Video in the UK (only) this summer. "The Bokushi" offers a program for US combat veterans seeking their "purpose" and path forward. But now the Government is concerned with the rapid rise of this well-armed, highly trained program of elite mercenaries, so they recruit one who used to be a member to infiltrate & stop them. Starring Jamie Foxx, Robert De Niro, Scott Eastwood, John Leguizamo, Joey Bicicchi, and Rita Ora. That's a remarkably strong cast for a movie being dumped on VOD, no idea how they pulled this off.
