"She's up to something... I want to find out what it is!" Go right ahead. Tubi has revealed an official trailer for the indie horror film titled
Please Don't Feed The Children, which will debut streaming directly (for free!) next week on Tubi. The film premiered at last year's Sitges Film Festival, but it's not very good, so it's being dumped on Tubi instead of anything else. It marks the feature directorial debut of filmmaker Destry Allyn Spielberg, who is one of Steven Spielberg's six children, though he was not involved in this in any way (not even as a producer). After a deadly viral outbreak, a group of orphans flees in search of a new life, only to be taken hostage by a woman hiding a sinister secret.
Michelle Dockery stars as the psychotic woman who lets these kids into her home only to turn on them... The full cast includes
Giancarlo Esposito,
Zoe Coletti,
Andrew Liner,
Dean Scott Vazquez,
Regan Aliyah,
Emma Meisel,
Joshuah Melnick, and
Vernon Davis. I was actually at the world premiere of this in Sitges last year, though it's a huge let down – an instantly forgettable "meh" post-apocalyptic horror film. Hopefully she makes something better later on. //
