My Audi's electrical gremlins are driving me insane

I'm at my wit's end with this car honestly, it's a 2018 A6 and over the past couple of months the electronics have just been going haywire in the most random ways possible. The infotainment screen randomly reboots while I'm driving, the parking sensors start beeping for no reason when there's nothing around me, and twice now I've gotten a warning light for the headlights that disappears as soon as I restart the engine. I've taken it to two different places already and neither of them could figure out what's going on, they just reset everything and told me to come back if it happens again, which obviously it did within a week. I'm starting to think it might be something with the CAN bus or maybe a failing module somewhere that's causing all these intermittent issues, but I don't have the equipment or the knowledge to diagnose it myself. What I really need is someone who actually specializes in these cars and has the proper diagnostic tools to dig deep and find the root cause instead of just guessing. I've been doing some research and it seems like finding expert Audi repair in Abu Dhabi is the key because these cars are so computer-dependent that you really can't just take them anywhere and expect good results. Has anyone else dealt with similar electrical nonsense on their Audi and actually got it fixed properly? I'd love to know what the issue turned out to be because at this point I'm losing sleep over it and my wife is about ready to make me sell the thing.
