I've not played OSRS gold any MMORPGs sincethen, due to my constant loss and shame. My real-life worries are numerous and I just don't have time to allow them to entice me. Of all games, they're by far the most tedious, with numerous levels to conquer and objects to collect. Many have died during or at the end of lengthy sessions of RuneScape's less popular but well-known sibling, World of Warcraft, which is what makes it an eerie game.

Nowadays, you'll typically find me gaming Quake or Half-Life or playing Team Fortress 2 - games which are in full force leave their marks and fade quickly. It's great to be able to play something I enjoy and get rid of quickly, as opposed to having to worry about how many logs of wood I have in my inventory , or what I'm likely to fish in the coming session.

But I do miss some of the constant grind and lengthy involvement (and frustration) that is RuneScape. The game is now in its third form called 'RuneScape3' (from 2013) with new content and a graphic upgrade, there's some glimmer of hope that I'll revisit it just to see how the game is getting on, similar to how I would with an old friend.

Publisher Jagex recently announced that RuneScape will be released from early access for mobile this summer. From today, everyone can dive into its long-running MMORPG on iOS or Android.
